Something is really wrong with the TV rights nowadays. Even a front line, traditional newspaper such as Le Figaro is pointing to a YouTube video to illustrate Marion Cotillard winning the Oscar. More and more "official" sources do that. Translated, that means "yeah, we're as pissed as all of you are for not being able to watch the Oscars wherever we are, and even more for not getting a grip of the key moments in video on some official site. So thanks to the citizens who are uploading the videos for the whole world to see them". Even if it's not so legal.
Oh, by the way, the video in question has been removed from YouTube since, but it's still embedded on the Figaro page.
There MUST be a way out of this absurdity...
