I didn't vote for him in the first round, although I did in the second to avoid having this Segolene thing destroying what's left of France. But I was pretty happy to see that Mr Sarkozy started to do some great work in reforming a crippling French society and economy stuck in parts in the 19th century, parts in the glorious sixties.

No comment for the divorce with Cecilia, she's probably a bitch as many people say. Hanging around with Carla is OK, although I would have loved to see this as a discrete, mostly confidential story. The marriage was too much, way too much. The world destroyed millions of trees just to cover this ridiculous story. La France is perishing, Sarkozy was elected to revive it, and instead of focusing on this vital task, the guy is parading as the new star of a à la mode sitcom.

Nobody can handle that, and the polls shows 62% of French have a negative opinion of him. Very bad for a president elected 8 months ago.

However, I think the unacceptable occurred this week-end at the famous French Agriculture Convention in Paris, visited by every president each year as a very symbolic gesture. Shaking hands with everybody, a rigid smile on his face, and surrounded by the TV cameras, Sarkozy wants to shake the hand of a gray-haired man who's not facing him and is clearly not in the mood of interacting with the president. The guy says: "Don't touch me, you're soiling me". Sarkozy immediately answers "Then fuck off, asshole" ("casse toi alors, pauvre con"), not once, but twice. The story was on all TV and press news yesterday and today.

I'm absolutely revolted against this kind of public behavior, and it's not the first occurrence. So Mr, you either learn how to behave as a President, or you stick to touring with Carla for her upcoming new album and let someone else take care of La France.
