I realized that being the mom of a 11 month baby is a full time, exhausting, non-stop job, and you can get seriously burned out like with any exagerated and intense work. So I sent baby Lila's mommy to the movies tonight and I did some babysitting. What a proud dad and husband!

I was very ingenious to think I'll be able to do some work, make some calls and write stuff on my blogs while Lila would nicely play besides me. Actually she's putting in her mouth everything she finds around, pulls every object she touches, tears apart everything made of paper. Oh, and her favorite toy are my cellphone and my laptop. So forget about doing stuff with those.

I ended up finding a great entertainment for both. I used Spotify to discover her musical tastes. Elvis: she likes, and start to dance. Van Morrison: not excited. Boney M: she's excited and laughs. Opera: fascinated, doesn't move. And latin music and salsa: she can't stop dancing. I suspect she spent too much time in Venezuela lately!

Next time we'll do YouTube, I know she already loves Pocoyo.
